SSCC Theatre and the 2009 Winter Drama Practicum Class is proud to announce their upcoming production, Rich Orloff’s The Whole Shebang for March 18 at 7:30 p.m.
The Whole Shebang asks the question, “What if the entire universe was just some nerd’s science project?” In a classroom in a dimension far beyond ours, a student (Jamie McCoy) striving for a “Master of the Universe” degree gives an oral presentation on an unusual thesis — the creation of the heavens and the earth. Two professors and a dean (Joey Haas, A.J. Yourkvitch and Reid Lyle) interrogate the student and her two visual aids, a “typical” man and woman (Daniel Bragdon and Katie Cavendish). The Whole Shebang also features the voice of Josh Keidel.
The Whole Shebang is directed by Rainee Angles and stage managed by Amanda Ray, with other crew positions fulfilled by: Amanda Castro, Jennifer Graves, Laila Joel, Josh Keidel and Jason Sharrett. The Whole Shebang plays one night only in the Edward K. Daniels Auditorium at the Central Campus of Southern State Community College in Hillsboro, OH.
