SSCC Theatre is pleased to announce their upcoming auditions for the fall production of Thornton Wilder’s Our Town.
This timeless drama of life in the mythical village of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire, has become an American classic with universal appeal. Our Town explores the relationship between two young neighbors, whose childhood friendship blossoms into romance, and then culminates in marriage. The circle of life is portrayed in each of the three acts of Our Town –growing up, adulthood, and death.

Daniels Auditorium at the Central Campus of Southern State Community College, in Hillsboro, OH. Those interested in auditioning should prepare and memorize a dramatic, one to two minute, monologue. SSCC Theatre is hoping to cast up to 35 people, of all ages, for this production.
